  I visited the Bupa store in Pacific Fair and received highly inaccurate information from one of their staff members. The misinformation led me to spend unnecessary money on a visit to my GP, only to find out that the advice provided by the Bupa staff was incorrect. It was disappointing and frustrating to encounter such misleading practices.
  
  I strongly urge Bupa to improve the training and accuracy of their staff to avoid similar situations in the future. As a customer, I rely on accurate information to make informed decisions about my healthcare coverage. The experience I had at Bupa left me feeling let down and resulted in wasted time, energy, and money.
  
  I hope that Bupa takes this feedback seriously and implements the necessary measures to ensure their staff is properly trained to provide accurate information and avoid misleading practices.

  Just went there with my partner and spoke with Marian. She was absolutely beautiful!!
  She not only was able to answer our questions about our cover and make the changes that we was looking for, as she was patient with us, was able to understand exactly what we wanting and show us the better option.

  Just called today at bupa , trying to get an appointment because i thought thats where i called to get an appointment for check up as i was just a student here and have no any idea, but this guy who answered my call was so rude and even answered me in a very sarcastic way and didn't even help me, thats the first time this ever happened to me so disappointing.

  Loyal customer of 10 years for nothing, my membership was cancelled and wasn’t able to reinstate it. Instead was only given the option to start out a new membership and go through the waiting times all over again. 10 years.

  I went to Bupa Broadbeach to renew my cover. Everything was great. 10 minutes after I left the store, the lady that helped me charged me $1400 because she made a mistake. Not only she charged me without me being present or authorising that transaction, but also took all the money I had in my account.
  A refund was done but after one week I still don’t see that money in my bank account.
  
  Terrible service, she could have called and give me options to solve the problem e.g paying the difference and not the total amount. I needed the money she took. It is my wallet, not hers. She shouldn’t have done that. I have to borrow money and the only thing that Bupa gave me is their apologies. Not even my money.
