    This is very convenient and quiet location on the cheaper side with Miryung being a friendly face. This accommodation needs some tlc to update it inside and out and some time and attention to being it up to scratch cleanliness wise and make some minor running repairs.

    We loved our stay at Grangewood Court, very comfortable, new carpet and curtains, nice furnishings.
    The location was excellent, easy walk into the heart of Broadbeach, and to the beach.
    Mirung was lovely, and very helpful. We were waiting for our new apartment to be finished and she allowed us to leave all our pot plants in the garden and even looked after them for us!

    Good value for the price. Easygoing management who looked after us. Nothing fancy or special, but does the trick for a short no frills stay in Broadbeach. Just steps from the beach!

    Enjoyed our stay here, good apartment facilities, spacious, and good pool.
    They also had buckets and spades which can be borrowed and pool toys.
    Handy car park parking.
    Location has coffee shops, good food options all walking distance.
