  Booked to have my hair extensions put back in and was quoted prior to appointment. When I arrived for appointment was then given a completely different rates and 3 options. The retape and putting them back in did not include hair wash therefore no guarantee they would stay in, this was not explained prior to appointment. It was also forced to have done when I originally paid and got the hair from the same salon even though at that stage my hair was freshly washed they wouldn’t just put the new hair in. Very disappointing experience, especially after walking into the salon a few days before to confirm cost of services.

  Got a basic wash, blow dry, trim and style for $102. The customer service is incredibly average. Wasn’t offered refreshments. The hair dresser was male and nearly ripped my hair out with every hair brush stroke. He was speaking very quietly and when I said pardon? He would just shake his head and not repeat himself. Very pushy with hair products as well. They managed to fit me and my partner in on short notice which was helpful but now I realise it’s because they don’t get bookings because the customer service is so terrible.

  Harmony (from a different Stefan salon) was brilliant! She did such an amazing job at a bouncy blowout, attentive to detail and so gentle too. Beautiful customer service too, would recommend :)

  Got my hair curled and blowdried for my school formal and it genuinely looked like i had woken up out of bed. I could have done a better job with socks. The curls dropped within two seconds of walking out of the salon and my hair was frizzy. On top of the poor hair styling i received, i was also waiting over half an hour even though i booked an appointment. I got very ripped off as i paid $130 just to go home and have my twelve year old sister redo it for me. I am very disappointed and will never be returning to this salon. This caused me a lot of stress as I was already cut for time. I would love a refund.

  Best hair cut and salon experience I have had so far! Never been so content with a hair cut both leaving the salon and now styling it myself. Cannot be more thankful to Leah and will definitely be returning :)
