As a tourist my experience here was great, the apartment I was staying in had a fan in almost every room, that is great since I'm only use to New Zealand heat. It's also great to cool off in the pool, the pool is a great size and circles throughout the centre of the hotels land. There are two spas there, both with optional bubbles and jets to turn on. There is also a gaming room located in one of the apartment blocks, easily accessible.
- Emma Geary Added May 23, 2020★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The pools were the highlight for our family. We used them every day. The room was really spacious but not very clean and the cutlery etc was a bit mish mash. No lifts so be prepared to lug your suitcase up the stairs. Perfect position in broadbeach though...
- leeanne thomson Added May 07, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We stayed for 5 nights in December 2019, great location, nice pool and BBQ area are the only positive aspects of our stay. We had the 2 Bedroom Deluxe apartment which came with a very dirty floor mat, multiple badly stained cushions, mould in the bathroom. The apartment was very dirty, but worst of all were the beds. The reception staff were friendly enough but not at all concerned that we were unhappy. When we checked out we stayed at the Novotel on the Sunshine Coast similar price but 100% better.
