I left the country last month so I called the gym to cancel my "no contract" membership before leaving, the guy on the phone clearly told me that "it's all good". Today I got an email asking me to pay $263 and telling me that I'm a liar because they don't do it over the phone... Well you did! I know you are a business and making money is your number 1 goal but ripping off people is another thing... you should clearly train you staff a little bit better especially with communication !
