When I arrived, staff were not so much rude, but they acted like the were too busy and didn't wanna know me. Didn't care about my questions either.
I asked for 2 new tyres to be put on my car, and asked for them to check left wheel as it was making a noise and I wanted to know what it was.
When I returned, I asked them about the wheel noise and they said oh sorry we didn't look at that. So they ignored my request, probably because they were listening in the first place.
Now worst of all they charged me $139ea for the crappiest 15" Dunlop tyres ever. I just bought 18" LOW PROFILE tyres for my new wheels at East Coast Tyres for $109. Bigger and better tyres for less, thanks for ripping me off Kmart Tyre and Auto Centre. This business is clearly hoping all the mums that know kmart go to them so they can rip them off blind.
