  Lucy Makes It So Easy. Lucy is the ultimate professional. Lucy made the whole process so easy. When she first told us what we could expect to get we did not believe her but she had such a good reputation that we went ahead and signed with her. A couple of days later it was sold with an unconditional contract and long settlement which we really needed. We could not have asked for anything more. Lucy is always contactable and really is a people person. Thank you so much Lucy for your help, advice, support and knowledge. If we ever sell again we will be calling you.

  Sold in 2.5 weeks! Maggie Guo has done it again!
  In such a competitive Spring market Maggie still managed to sell our home in 2.5 weeks, AND for above what we were hoping for.
  This is the FOURTH property in a row that Maggie has sold for us and every experience has been seamless.

  Highly Recommended. Best Agent on the Gold Coast! Dani was great to deal with and went above and beyond to secure me my dream property at Palazzo Versace. I would recommend him without hesitation if you are looking to buy or sell on the Gold Coast. Nothing was too much trouble and was available to answer all my questions and view several properties on multiple occasions even on his days off. He showed real commitment to his job and a passion to succeed. Great work ethics.

  Prestige service . Im not usually one to write reviews but in this case I feel it necessary to give credit where credit is due.
  
  I recently had the pleasure of working with Lucy Cole, of Lucy Cole prestige.
  I approached Lucy because I was interested in purchasing an Off Market property that she had previously listed.
  
  I was surprised by how prompt lucy managed to arrange an inspection and from then on Lucy went above and beyond during what can often be a stressful venture.
  Her expertise, professionalism and dedication has been second to none, and I am thankful to have had such a genuine, personable agent in my corner for the purchase of my dream property.

  Lucy Cole is an "Excellent Agent" I first got my Real Estate Licence over 30 years ago, but I know if I want to achieve the best price for my own home, I have to call Lucy. Lucy could not have done a better job in selling my property and as I expected and hoped, Lucy set a building record for my unit in the Priced achieve at Auction. Well done Lucy. I only give recommendations to the 'best of the best' and that person is Lucy Cole.
