  Worst experience ever. Upon arrival me and my friend felt we were being eyed by the blonde store employee. We brushed it off and kept looking around. My friend spotted a section with an opened bottle of hi-smile whitener which appeared to be a tester and had been used. As we kept browsing the manager and two employees came up to us and accused us of opening it. Confused, we mentioned how it was already opened and bought them to the section we found it. They go to look through the security footage, this taking a very long time. Finally, they come up to us saying that they can’t tell and that they’re going to have to take our word. The manager said “at least you girls aren’t stealing”. The way she said this sounded like an accusation and made us very uncomfortable because we would never do something like that. This hostile and aggressive behaviour felt very targeted to us as we are teenagers. The blonde employee also gave us very dirty looks on the way out, on top of this we almost missed our bus. Disgusting experience and I would NEVER come back!

  Very poor customer service. You get no eye contact from anyone behind the counters. Long waits in queues and virtually no interaction with the pharmacists. This concerns me because I doubt the pharmacists will even talk to you about the medicines you get. It's not good enough as they put you at risk, especially if you are on a new script that can cause serious side-effects.
  I'll be going elsewhere from now on, somewhere I can actually get some customer service and advice on my medications.

  If I could give this place a 0 star I would. The treatment we got was hostile and biased. From the second we entered the store we we’re eyed down aggressively by a worker she was blonde, she showed no sign of kindness from her and from the start made us very uncomfortable, we tried to ignore it and shop, we saw an open product that seemed a tester so we tried it same as another product after when we were about to checkout our items I was tapped on the back quite aggressively making me extremely uncomfortable due to the fact I hate physical touch, she then immediately proclaimed we opened products and showed us testers the two girls one who refused to help us and the other blonde one were both eyeing us down behind her like some criminals, they made us wait ages while they get security footage then we got the clear that we didn’t steal anything, no apology whatsoever, later we were checking out our stuff and they made us wait till they finished there convo to serve us. The blond girl was extremely hostile the manager made us uncomfortable and the other girl refused to help us, we were described as criminals and other words while the two girl who accused us gossiped behind the counter about us. This is not okay this place is horrible do better. Fix the problem
